Updated Review for Dentists of Puyallup I initially had a challenging experience with Dr. Quan Hoang at Dentists of Puyallup. After coming in with a chipped tooth, I was told it could be fixed with a crown, but the process involved multiple setbacks, including a crown that didn't fit properly and eventually failed. This led to a lot of pain and frustration, and I struggled to get timely responses through their patient portal. However, I want to acknowledge the excellent support from the clinic's financial manager, who went above and beyond to resolve the financial aspect of my case. She ensured I received a full refund for the out-of-pocket costs, which I greatly appreciated. While I still have concerns about my experience with the dental procedure, the professionalism and responsiveness of the administrative staff deserve recognition. Overall, it's a mixed experience. I appreciate the effort made to make things right and hope that the clinic continues to improve their patient care process.
